I have been so "down" and feel so sorry for Brian. He and Hannah broke up last weekend. I just feel so sad.
Drew was 10 months old this past Friday, unbelievable. He has eight teeth now. Kayla gave him his first haircut on Wednesday of this past week on July 28. She sent me a text message at work and said it was a spur of the moment thing. I didn't even get to be there to take a picture. :(
Kristin and Brandon came in this weekend. Kristin and I kept Drew on Saturday while Kayla was at work. Here is a 10 mo old picture. He looks so big.
Kayla has started giving Drew fresh fruit. Saturday morning, it was strawberries. It is so funny to watch him chase them around on his tray with one little finger. And then try to eat them with front teeth only. This one must have been a little tart.
This picture was taken on Saturday, July 17. Grandpa was sharing his pop tart.
I found Kayla's little rocking chair that her Ninny and Papa gave her for her when she turned a year old. I used it this day to take some pictures of Drew. He is way to mobile now for me to try and take pictures by myself. The only reason he decided to smile in this picture is because he saw the puppy dog.
This is still the same Saturday. Great Grandma Billie, or Ninny, came to see Drew. This child loves books and he was so tired. Ninny rocked him to sleep shortly after this picture.Grandpa and I bought Drew a little swimming pool. This was the first time in the pool. This was on July 5th. And again only decided to smile when he saw the puppy dog.
Way to serious.
I didn't even post anything about the fourth. Here is the one and only picture I am going to post about the fourth.
And this is the first time for Drew to have Cheerios! He had fun with them. They stick to the inside of his hand and he doesn't know how to get them off. It is so funny to watch him. I hope not to wait so long between posts. Seems like once you stop it is so hard to get started back.
It is August 1st. It has been so hot and is now getting very dry. We are in need of a good rain. Until next time . . . . .
